This collection of instructional videos explores advanced topics that address specific situations and advanced software technqiues to solve
discrete situations you may encounter. We'll also look at Prospector Design
and how to use it to prepare the part geometry for machining.
Prospector Design
Overview of Prospector Design
Prospector Design is a companion CAD application for Prospector. In this video, we'll take a look at a typical use of Prospector Design to
pull apart solid model design of an mold assembly. What we need to do is extract from the assembly just the components we want to machine.
Each of these components will be used to create a separate project in Prospector that needs to be machined.

In this video we'll explore the user interface of Prospector Design in-depth. Prospector design is quite different from the Prospector in that
it uses a ribbon control to group together features and functions. We'll learn about how these features are organized and how to navigate
through all the functions available in the user interface.
About Jobs, Projects and Designs in Prospector Design
This video will help you better understand how design data is organized in Prospector Design. You will learn how to use the Designs feature
to import CAD data to use to create one or more projects.

Using Prospector Design for Machining Multiple Parts
This video covers a technique for using Prospector Design to create a Prospector project that machines multiple parts. In this video, we'll
setup a project for machining multiple electrodes.
